Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Utan titel by Marianna Uutinen was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in March 2010, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 12,500.00 (€ 1,282.71). Admittedly, works by Marianna Uutinen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Red line" in May 2012 with an auction result of SEK 60,000.00 (€ 6,337.75).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Utan titel von Marianna Uutinen im März 2010 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 12.500,00 (€ 1.282,71) den Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marianna Uutinen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Red line" im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 60.000,00 (€ 6.337,75).
