Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

The work Donna al Telaio / Femme au métier - 1951 by Massimo Campigli was auctioned at Artcurial in December last year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 918.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Massimo Campigli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Grand Magasin Ou Le Marché, 1929 in October 2021 with an auction result of EUR 400,000.00.

Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen

Die Arbeit Donna al Telaio / Femme au métier - 1951 von Massimo Campigli kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 918,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Massimo Campigli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Grand Magasin Ou Le Marché, 1929 im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 400.000,00.
