Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2007 Sothebys in Milan held the auction 19th Century Paintings and Sculptures, which included the work Ritratto Di Margherita by Mosè Bianchi. It changed hands for a price of EUR 29,050.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 25,000.00 – 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mosè Bianchi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Italian Venetian Boatboy, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 60,500.00 (€ 84,715.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2007 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculptures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ritratto Di Margherita von Mosè Bianchi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 29.050,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Mosè Bianchi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Italian Venetian Boatboy beobachtet, die im November 2007 für GBP 60.500,00 (€ 84.715,65) versteigert wurde.
