Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2014 Sothebys in London held the auction Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art, which included this untitled work by Narayan Shridhar Bendre. The price achieved of GBP 84,100.00 (€ 107,383.55) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 70,000.00 – 90,000.00. Other works by Narayan Shridhar Bendre have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2021 the work Untitled (Three Women) was auctioned for USD 225,000.00 (€ 194,350.87).

Im Oktober 2014 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Narayan Shridhar Bendre zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 84.100,00 (€ 107.383,55) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 70.000,00 – 90.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Narayan Shridhar Bendre konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im September 2021 die Arbeit Untitled (Three Women) für USD 225.000,00 (€ 194.350,87) versteigert.
