Auction result misses estimated price range
In August 2021 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Omar El-Nagdi for GBP 701.25 (€ 816.96). This price was achieved in the auction Middle Eastern Art Online Sale including works from the Saatchi Collection at Bonhams in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 1,200.00 – 1,800.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Omar El-Nagdi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Grand Cavalier in November this year with an auction result of GBP 216,300.00 (€ 250,644.66).
