Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Butterfly By Spring Blossoms by Pan Tianshou was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in July 2020. The price achieved of HKD 475,000.00 (€ 52,042.64) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 400,000.00 – 600,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pan Tianshou achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bamboo Valley in May 2016 with an auction result of HKD 18,040,000.00 (€ 2,085,090.26).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Butterfly By Spring Blossoms von Pan Tianshou kam im Juli 2020 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 475.000,00 (€ 52.042,64) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 400.000,00 – 600.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pan Tianshou erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bamboo Valley im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 18.040.000,00 (€ 2.085.090,26).
