In the Master Paintings and Sculpture: Part II auction, the work The Interior Of The Onze Lieve Vrouwekerk In Antwerp sold for USD 68,750.00 (€ 60,894.60) - well above the upper estimate of USD 35,000.00. Admittedly, works by Pieter Neefs the Younger have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait of an elegantly dressed couple and a page in a picture gallery in October 2017 with an auction result of USD 432,500.00 (€ 371,308.38).
