Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Spring Outing by Peng Xiancheng was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2013. The price achieved of HKD 46,000.00 (€ 4,365.16) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Peng Xiancheng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Play Polo in April this year with an auction result of HKD 96,000.00 (€ 98,034.78).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Spring Outing von Peng Xiancheng kam im Oktober 2013 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 46.000,00 (€ 4.365,16) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Peng Xiancheng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Play Polo im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 96.000,00 (€ 98.034,78).
