In January 2013 Christies in London held the auction The Ski Sale, Travel in Style, which included the work St. Moritz by Plinio Colombi. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 25,000.00 (€ 29,181.39), 67% above the upper estimate. This high result makes St. Moritz the most expensive artwork by Plinio Colombi that we have observed at auctions so far.
