The work Morning Of Lake Tai by Qian Songyan was worth HKD 525,000.00 (€ 59,760.29) to a buyer in April 2019. This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Paintings at Sothebys in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 150,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Qian Songyan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Scenery Of Huang Yang Jie in October 2019 with an auction result of HKD 3,500,000.00 (€ 400,044.82).

Die Arbeit Morning Of Lake Tai von Qian Songyan war einem Käufer im April 2019 HKD 525.000,00 (€ 59.760,29) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 150.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Qian Songyan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Scenery Of Huang Yang Jie im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.500.000,00 (€ 400.044,82).
