Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2014 Christies in London held the auction The Art of Travel, which included the work Beausoleil, Monte-Carlo Supérieur by Roger Broders. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,685.45) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Roger Broders have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Les Sports D'Hiver A St.Pierre De Chartreuse in January 2012 with an auction result of GBP 32,450.00 (€ 39,164.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2014 führte Christies in London die Auktion The Art of Travel durch, in der auch die Arbeit Beausoleil, Monte-Carlo Supérieur von Roger Broders zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.685,45) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Roger Broders auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Les Sports D'Hiver A St.Pierre De Chartreuse im Januar 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.450,00 (€ 39.164,74).
