Admittedly, works by Sali Herman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Railway Station, 1947 in April this year with an auction result of AUD 73,800.00 (€ 44,233.21).

Die Arbeit Woolloomooloo, 1950 von Sali Herman kam im September 2020 bei Bonhams in Melbourne zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von AUD 7.930,00 (€ 6.767,37) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 32%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sali Herman auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Railway Station, 1947 im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von AUD 73.800,00 (€ 44.233,21).
