Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2016 a collector was able to acquire the work Sans Titre - 1991 by Sam Samore for EUR 910.00. This price was achieved in the auction Vincent Wapler Collection at Artcurial and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sam Samore achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tower of Lips in February 2012 with an auction result of GBP 37,250.00 (€ 44,477.49).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2016 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1991 von Sam Samore für EUR 910,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Vincent Wapler Collection bei Artcurial erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sam Samore erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tower of Lips im Februar 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 37.250,00 (€ 44.477,49).
