This artwork by William Russell Flint achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in March last year. In the British and European Art auction, the work Reclining nude sold for GBP 2,805.00 (€ 3,325.64) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by William Russell Flint achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Judgement of Paris in December 2019 with an auction result of GBP 407,250.00 (€ 481,321.84).

Dieses Kunstwerk von William Russell Flint erzielte im März letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion British and European Art wurde die Arbeit Reclining nude für GBP 2.805,00 (€ 3.325,64) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von William Russell Flint erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Judgement of Paris im Dezember 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 407.250,00 (€ 481.321,84).
