Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Signal lumineux by Takis was sold in the The Greek Sale auction at Bonhams in Paris in May last year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 19,125.00. Admittedly, works by Takis have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Double signal in December 2021 with an auction result of EUR 187,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Signal lumineux von Takis wurde im Mai letzten Jahres in der Auktion The Greek Sale bei Bonhams in Paris versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 18.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 19.125,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Takis auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Double signal im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 187.500,00.
