In the Old Master Pictures auction, the work The Virgin and Child sold for GBP 83,650.00 (€ 118,479.26) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 40,000.00. Admittedly, works by The Master Of The Female Half-Lengths have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mary Magdalene Holding The Unguent Jar in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 866,500.00 (€ 1,092,928.94).

Freilich wurden Arbeiten von The Master Of The Female Half-Lengths auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mary Magdalene Holding The Unguent Jar im Juli 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 866.500,00 (€ 1.092.928,94).
