Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Tom Hold could be acquired at Christies in London in March 2008 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work Killiecrankie, Scotland changed hands for GBP 125.00 (€ 157.03) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tom Hold achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Red grouse; and Pheasant in June 2002 with an auction result of GBP 2,937.50 (€ 4,543.65).
