Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The old village by Viktor Leonidovich Templin was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in London in September 2008. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,738.55) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Viktor Leonidovich Templin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Birch trees, which sold at auction in June 2010 for GBP 4,750.00 (€ 5,776.44).

Die Arbeit The old village von Viktor Leonidovich Templin wurde im September 2008 in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.375,00 (€ 1.738,55) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Viktor Leonidovich Templin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Birch trees beobachtet, die im Juni 2010 für GBP 4.750,00 (€ 5.776,44) versteigert wurde.
