This artwork by Vladimir Yakovlev achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in September 2021. In the Escape Artists – The Non-Conformists Online auction, the work Flower sold for GBP 5,292.00 (€ 6,157.32) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Vladimir Yakovlev - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 16,100.00 (€ 22,544.17).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Vladimir Yakovlev erzielte im September 2021 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Escape Artists – The Non-Conformists Online wurde die Arbeit Flower für GBP 5.292,00 (€ 6.157,32) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Vladimir Yakovlev mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im November 2007 für GBP 16.100,00 (€ 22.544,17) versteigert wurde.
