Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Birds and Flowers by Wang Xuetao was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November last year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,187.50 (€ 3,693.58). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Xuetao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flowers in May 2016 with an auction result of HKD 3,186,000.00 (€ 368,242.66).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Birds and Flowers von Wang Xuetao kam im November letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 3.187,50 (€ 3.693,58) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Xuetao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Flowers im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.186.000,00 (€ 368.242,66).
