Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by William Mark Fisher could be acquired at Christies in London in May 2005 for an unexpectedly low price. In the BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES auction, the work The clump of willows changed hands for GBP 240.00 (€ 354.32) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 400.00 – 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by William Mark Fisher achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Milking time in September 2001 with an auction result of GBP 7,050.00 (€ 11,382.74).

Dieses Kunstwerk von William Mark Fisher konnte im Mai 2005 bei Christies in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden.
