This artwork by Wolf Kahn achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in April this year. In the Modern American Art auction, the work Upper Pasture VI sold for USD 56,700.00 (€ 51,358.70) - well above the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Wolf Kahn - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Atlantic Highlands, which sold at auction in November 2021 for USD 212,500.00 (€ 188,269.69).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Wolf Kahn erzielte im April diesen Jahres bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern American Art wurde die Arbeit Upper Pasture VI für USD 56.700,00 (€ 51.358,70) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Wolf Kahn mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Atlantic Highlands beobachtet, die im November 2021 für USD 212.500,00 (€ 188.269,69) versteigert wurde.
