Artwork auctioned at four times the upper estimate price
The work PRUNUS by Yi Bingshou was worth EUR 25,000.00 to a buyer in June 2018. This price was achieved in the auction Art d'Asie at Christies in Paris and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yi Bingshou achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poems In Kaishu in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 3,200,000.00 (€ 369,826.20).
Kunstwerk zum Vierfachen des oberen Schätzpreises versteigert
Die Arbeit PRUNUS von Yi Bingshou war einem Käufer im Juni 2018 EUR 25.000,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Art d'Asie bei Christies in Paris erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yi Bingshou erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Poems In Kaishu im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.200.000,00 (€ 369.826,20).
