Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2021 China Guardian held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Bird And Trees by Zhao Shao'Ang. The price achieved of HKD 96,000.00 (€ 10,678.67) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhao Shao'Ang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work White Peacock And Red Persimmon in May 2019 with an auction result of HKD 8,045,000.00 (€ 920,748.05).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2021 führte China Guardian die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bird And Trees von Zhao Shao'Ang zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 96.000,00 (€ 10.678,67) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhao Shao'Ang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit White Peacock And Red Persimmon im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 8.045.000,00 (€ 920.748,05).
