The work Poem In Cursive Script Calligraphy by Zhu Yunming was sold in the FINE CLASSICAL CHINESE PAINTINGS AND CALLIGRAPHY auction at Christies in Hong Kong in April 2004. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 262,900.00 (€ 17,065.21), 31% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhu Yunming achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cursive Script Calligraphy in December this year with an auction result of HKD 24,575,000.00 (€ 2,843,608.75).

Die Arbeit Poem In Cursive Script Calligraphy von Zhu Yunming wurde im April 2004 in der Auktion FINE CLASSICAL CHINESE PAINTINGS AND CALLIGRAPHY bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 262.900,00 (€ 17.065,21) und damit 31% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhu Yunming erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cursive Script Calligraphy im Dezember diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 24.575.000,00 (€ 2.843.608,75).
