The art of painting — and how I got into it
Shaped by an eventful life journey—growing up in eastern and northern Germany with brief stops in the south and in the US—I faced various hurdles and challenges in my life and always got back up again.
My path to painting did not begin with a grand plan, but with a need: the need to make emotions visible.
I realized that colors, structures, and shapes can express things that words cannot. Painting became an outlet for me, a mirror, a space where I can move freely, and a place of expression and inner balance to make the invisible visible.
