Dirk "DIOK" Jung

Seit 1994 ist Dirk Jung als DIOK unterwegs. Begonnen hat alles in der sächsischen Provinz und führte Ihn bisher über Darmstadt nach Hamburg. Dort lebt und arbeitet er seit fast 20 Jahren. Im Herzen stets Graffiti-Artist setzt er sich aktiv mit Stylewriting auseinander und entwickelt seinen Style stets weiter. Ob auf Leinwand mit Sprühdose, Marker und Pinsel, als 3D Model aus Pappe oder auf der Wand als Mech-Formation, DIOK geht verschiedene Wege seinen Style mit unterschiedlichen Techniken umzusetzen. Darüber hinaus kombiniert er bis heute die grafische Arbeit am Rechner mit herkömmlichen Maltechniken in freien Projekten, wie z.B. „MEDIUM.INC“ und den Tierportraits im „Status D“.

Dirk Jung has been on the road as DIOK since 1994. It all started in the Saxon province and has so far led him via Darmstadt to Hamburg. He has lived and worked there for almost 20 years years. Always a graffiti artist at heart, he actively deals with style writing and is constantly evolving his style. Whether on canvas with spray can, marker and brush, as 3D model made of cardboard or on the wall as a mech formation, DIOK goes different ways implement his style with different techniques. In addition, he combined up today the graphic work on the computer with conventional painting techniques in free projects, such as "MEDIUM.INC" and the animal portraits in "Status D".
