In my abstract painting, I remove boundaries and transform landscape and nature, making them perceptible in new ways.
Born in southern Germany, I live and work as a visual artist and painter in Hamburg, Germany. I studied visual arts at the University of Visual Arts in Schwaebisch Gmuend and hold a diploma degree in the field.
My colorful landscape paintings oscillate between representation and abstraction. In this way, I dissolve boundaries and transform landscapes and nature, making them accessible in new ways.
I always work in open dialogue with my paintings, following an initial impulse without a fixed concept, in a process with an open outcome. This corresponds to my desire for encounter and authentic communication and my own approach to developmental processes in life.
