True inspiration comes from nature

The relationship between light and shadow plays the most important role in my work. My technique combines painting with embroidery. A layer of minimalist, straightforward embroidery gives each painting a unique texture. The paintings are constantly transformed by changing light conditions. Combining painting with embroidery allows me to explore the issue of image structure and its perception continually. My main source of inspiration is nature, landscape, and space, recorded with all my senses. Each of my paintings is a story about the search for harmony, capturing the moment, and finding peace.
