In the The Orientalist Sale auction, the work German Arab Warriors sold for GBP 62,500.00 (€ 76,076.96) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 35,000.00. Admittedly, works by Adolf Schreyer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Chase in April 2005 with an auction result of USD 464,000.00 (€ 359,160.93).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Adolf Schreyer erzielte im April 2014 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The Orientalist Sale wurde die Arbeit German Arab Warriors für GBP 62.500,00 (€ 76.076,96) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 35.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Adolf Schreyer auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Chase im April 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 464.000,00 (€ 359.160,93).
