Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2004 a collector was able to acquire the work Skaters On A Moonlit River by Adolf Stademann for GBP 1,195.00 (€ 1,740.96). This price was achieved in the auction 19th Century European Art at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 1,200.00 – 1,800.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Adolf Stademann have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Skaters on the ice, Holland in April 2005 with an auction result of EUR 9,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2004 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Skaters On A Moonlit River von Adolf Stademann für GBP 1.195,00 (€ 1.740,96) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 19th Century European Art bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.200,00 – 1.800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Adolf Stademann auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Skaters on the ice, Holland im April 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 9.000,00.
