The auction ended at the price of EUR 5,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 4,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alain Bublex have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Plug-In-City -(2000), Eiffel-1, 2003 in October 2009 with an auction result of EUR 20,985.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Paysage 29 (Cherry Blossom Eiffel 1), 2007 von Alain Bublex wurde im April 2010 in der Auktion Contemporary Art “Reg’Art sur la recherche” bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 5.000,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 5.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alain Bublex auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Plug-In-City -(2000), Eiffel-1, 2003 im Oktober 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 20.985,00.
