This artwork by Albert Lebourg achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in March 2016. In the Art Impressionniste & Moderne auction, the work Le Quai De Paris Et Le Pont Corneille À Rouen sold for EUR 43,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 20,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Albert Lebourg; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Courbevoie sold at auction in October 2000 with the realized price of GBP 41,125.00 (€ 70,294.38).

Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Albert Lebourg; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Courbevoie im Oktober 2000 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 41.125,00 (€ 70.294,38).
