A top price for Alexander Keirincx - as previously expected
The work Travellers On A Forest Path by Alexander Keirincx was auctioned at Sothebys in London in July 2014. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 62,500.00 (€ 78,832.15) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Travellers On A Forest Path is the most expensive artwork by Alexander Keirincx that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Travellers On A Forest Path von Alexander Keirincx kam im Juli 2014 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 62.500,00 (€ 78.832,15) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
