Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2014 Sothebys in London held the auction Important Russian Art, which included the work Pionerka by Aleksandr Gerasimov. The price achieved of GBP 230,500.00 (€ 289,802.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 200,000.00 – 300,000.00. Other works by Aleksandr Gerasimov have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2012 the work Still Life With Roses was auctioned for GBP 361,250.00 (€ 450,101.61).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2014 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Important Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pionerka von Aleksandr Gerasimov zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 230.500,00 (€ 289.802,14) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 200.000,00 – 300.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Aleksandr Gerasimov konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2012 die Arbeit Still Life With Roses für GBP 361.250,00 (€ 450.101,61) versteigert.
