In May 2015 Artcurial held the auction Orientalism, which included the work Au Bord De L'Oued, 1906 by Alexis Auguste Delahogue. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 9,100.00 30% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Alexis Auguste Delahogue have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lavandières Et Porteur D'Eaualexis Delahogue ; Washerwomen By The River And Water Carrier ; Signed And Dated Lower Right 1925 ; Oil On Canvas in March 2011 with an auction result of EUR 36,750.00.

Im Mai 2015 führte Artcurial die Auktion Orientalism durch, in der auch die Arbeit Au Bord De L'Oued, 1906 von Alexis Auguste Delahogue zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 9.100,00 und damit 30% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alexis Auguste Delahogue auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lavandières Et Porteur D'Eaualexis Delahogue ; Washerwomen By The River And Water Carrier ; Signed And Dated Lower Right 1925 ; Oil On Canvas im März 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 36.750,00.
