Auction result well in line with expectations

Die Arbeit Portrait D'Homme Assis En Manteau Rouge Tenant Une Lettre von Alexis-Simon Belle kam im Juni 2008 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 22.350,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
