The result of EUR 800.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 800.00 – 1,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alfred East achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Amberley Bridge in December 2007 with an auction result of GBP 18,500.00 (€ 25,138.36).
