In October 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Voilier À Deux Mâts by Ange-Joseph-Antoine Roux for EUR 1,250.00. This price was achieved in the auction Rendez-vous intérieurs classiques at Christies in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ange-Joseph-Antoine Roux achieve.
