It changed hands for a price of GBP 37,500.00 (€ 43,497.31) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Views in Mexico – an album of twenty views is the most expensive artwork by Anthony Carey Stannus that we have observed at auctions so far.
