In the María Félix: La Doña auction, the work Pedro sold for USD 33,600.00 (€ 24,505.87) - well above the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Antoine Tzapoff; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Amazona sold at auction in July 2007 with the realized price of USD 66,000.00 (€ 48,136.53).
