Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Italian An Elegant Lady by Antonio Mancini was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2007. The price achieved of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 13,127.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Antonio Mancini have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait Of W.B. Yeats in September 2017 with an auction result of GBP 112,500.00 (€ 127,632.69).

Die Arbeit Italian An Elegant Lady von Antonio Mancini kam im November 2007 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 13.127,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Antonio Mancini auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait Of W.B. Yeats im September 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 112.500,00 (€ 127.632,69).
