Auction result well in line with expectations

The work Jerusalem, Enceinte Du Temple, Piscine Probatique, 1854 by Auguste Salzmann was sold in the Art of The Islamic and Indian World auction at Christies in London in October 2007. The price achieved of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 3,590.16) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Auguste Salzmann have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Jérusalem: Tombeau Des Juges, Vue Générale; Tombeau Des Juges, 1854 in November 2004 with an auction result of GBP 11,950.00 (€ 17,190.01).

Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen

Die Arbeit Jerusalem, Enceinte Du Temple, Piscine Probatique, 1854 von Auguste Salzmann wurde im Oktober 2007 in der Auktion Art of The Islamic and Indian World bei Christies in London versteigert.
