In the Christie's Interiors - Style & Spirit auction, the work Give And Take changed hands for GBP 875.00 (€ 1,021.35) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Basil Beattie achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bound Up in September 2017 with an auction result of GBP 10,625.00 (€ 12,054.20).
