Here, the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 5,250.00 (€ 7,351.36). Admittedly, works by Beatrice Parsons have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work British Annunciation in April 2007 with an auction result of USD 78,000.00 (€ 57,101.02).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Christmas Roses and Snowdrops von Beatrice Parsons wurde im November 2007 in der Auktion British Works on Paper bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 5.250,00 (€ 7.351,36) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Beatrice Parsons auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit British Annunciation im April 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 78.000,00 (€ 57.101,02).
