Auction result well in line with expectations
In November this year Bonhams in London held the auction The Dog Sale, which included the work Two Spaniels by Bernard te Gempt. The price achieved of GBP 1,280.00 (€ 1,483.24) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Bernard te Gempt have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dutch A Good Catch in April 2009 with an auction result of EUR 13,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion The Dog Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two Spaniels von Bernard te Gempt zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.280,00 (€ 1.483,24) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bernard te Gempt auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dutch A Good Catch im April 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.250,00.
