In September 2015 Christies in London held the auction Australian Art, which included the work Flowers In A Glass by Bessie Davidson. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 11,875.00 (€ 16,081.57), 70% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bessie Davidson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Australian Still Life With Fruit And Flowers, which sold at auction in November 2008 for AUD 74,400.00 (€ 38,366.35).

Im September 2015 führte Christies in London die Auktion Australian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Flowers In A Glass von Bessie Davidson zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 11.875,00 (€ 16.081,57) und damit 70% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Bessie Davidson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Australian Still Life With Fruit And Flowers beobachtet, die im November 2008 für AUD 74.400,00 (€ 38.366,35) versteigert wurde.
