It achieved a price of USD 25,000.00 (€ 20,501.89), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Blanche Lazzell achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Painting Xi (The Windmill) in May 2008 with an auction result of USD 505,000.00 (€ 324,550.13).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Blanche Lazzell kam im Mai 2021 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 25.000,00 (€ 20.501,89) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Blanche Lazzell erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Painting Xi (The Windmill) im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 505.000,00 (€ 324.550,13).
