The work Composition - 1970 by Camille Bryen was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in October 2015. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 5,980.00 50% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Camille Bryen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ultraflirt in May last year with an auction result of EUR 27,720.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Composition - 1970 von Camille Bryen wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art bei Artcurial versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 5.980,00 und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Camille Bryen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ultraflirt im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 27.720,00.
