Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Camille Pissarro achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Paris in June this year. In the Alain Delon 60 Years of Passion auction, the work La moisson à Eragny sold for EUR 20,480.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Camille Pissarro achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Boulevard Montmartre, Matinée De Printemps in February 2014 with an auction result of GBP 19,682,500.00 (€ 23,879,608.50).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Camille Pissarro erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Alain Delon 60 Years of Passion wurde die Arbeit La moisson à Eragny für EUR 20.480,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Camille Pissarro erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Boulevard Montmartre, Matinée De Printemps im Februar 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 19.682.500,00 (€ 23.879.608,50).
